Description
Coline Serres is a Postdoctoral Researcher on Institutions for Collective Action at the Rotterdam School of Management. Her current work evolves around a longitudinal analysis of institutions for collective action, primarily in the Low Countries. Serres holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management Sciences from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Université libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. Her research interests evolve around social ventures, institutions for collective action, governance, and commons goods. In particular, Coline has a strong interest for the legal forms dedicated to for-profit social ventures. Her doctoral research focused on the governance of for-profit social enterprises governing common goods.
